Sorry I have not been good about updating lately, it is getting close to the end of the school year so I am in a bit of a crunch mode. Another thing that has been keeping me busy is our motion capture studio, lately when we have been trying to capture data it has been coming out choppy. We can't even seem to get a simple walk cycle and have no idea why. We have been speaking to industry people, professors, we have tried adjusting all our settings and cameras and still no go.
Despite all our motion capture problems we did manage to capture a cool motion capture session with a girl that did some karate moves for us. I have gotten it into motion builder so I can put a render of how it looks so far. I managed to clean most of it up in Arena but there are still some tweaks to get out of the character so hopefully when the ninja rig is ready (courtasy of Chris Barton and Todd Olsen) I can get it hooked up and cleaned up.
